Refuge, The

The Refuge has been working with youth in Oshawa and throughout the Durham Region. When the Refuge was founded the intent was to reach out to youth living at the street level here in Oshawa. We needed to expand our original vision to include all youth as we came to understand that many youth have no help dealing with the issues they are facing on a day-to-day basis. While working with youth from all socio-economic backgrounds we are able to better prevent many youth from getting to the street level.
